  • This website is operated by Splash to Scripture ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
  • By visiting our site and/or making a purchase, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

 

 

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • Apparel and accessories are shipped separately from bath bombs, shower pucks, and bath fizzers.

 

 

3. PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION

  • We accept payments through [list accepted payment methods].
  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for bath bomb products, shower pucks, and bath fizzers.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

 

 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We currently deliver to Calgary and nearby towns, including but not limited to Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, High River, Strathmore, Langdon, Crossfield, Black Diamond, Turner Valley, Priddis, Bragg Creek, Bearspaw, Balzac, Didsbury, Olds, Carstairs, Innisfail, and Bowden.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We strive to fulfill and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, shipping carriers, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Apparel and accessories are shipped separately from bath bombs, shower pucks, and bath fizzers.

 

 

5. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for any products.
  • Clothing and apparel items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Clothing must not be worn for a refund; trying it on is allowed, but wearing it out is not.
  • All returned clothing must have original tags attached. If tags are removed, we will not be able to process the refund.
  • A picture of the item will be required before a refund is approved.
  • Refunds for approved clothing returns will be issued as store credit only.

 

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Splash to Scripture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
